FAQ'S

What dates is Pumpkin Fest Nights open?

We are open on various dates throughout October, starting from the 10th! It’s best to check our available dates on our booking page, as we may add extra due to demand.

Do I need to arrive early?

No. Your arrival time is the time you booked, and the time stated on your booking confirmation. Please try and arrive as closely as possible to this so that we can control the flow into the car park. You may be asked to come back if you arrive to early – and that’s no fun for anyone!

If you are late, do not worry. You will still be admitted entrance when you arrive. However, we do close at 9:30pm.

Are dogs allowed into the farm?

Unfortunately, we cannot allow dogs into the farm park with the exception of assistance dogs. Please do not leave dogs in your car under any circumstances.


Assistance Dogs:

You must pre-book your assistance dog in prior to arrival by emailing farm-park@manorafon.co.uk with evidence of your dog’s training e.g. ADUK ID booklet.
Your dog must be well trained and mitigate your disability.
Dogs and our animals can react and cause stress to each other – so we ask that if you notice any behavioural changes of concern, to move to another area.

Assistance dogs will display the following behaviour:

  • Will not wander freely around the premises
  • Will sit or lie quietly on the floor next to their owner
  • Always under control, for example, they will not jump up, or approach other guests
  • Dogs must remain calm and quiet and at least 2 metres away from any animal enclosure boundaries for the welfare of our animals.
  • Are unlikely to foul in a public place
  • Once access has been granted, you must follow our code of conduct:
  • Dogs must wear an assistance dog harness (an organisation-specific branded dog jacket or lead slip) and a short lead. Dogs must be kept under close control by a responsible handler at all times. You must have everything you need for your dog, including water, with you. You must clean up after your dog. All assistance dog owners must be present with the dog at the time of visit. The dog is not permitted to roam freely at Manorafon.
  • Dogs are not permitted in the following areas due to the health and wellbeing of our animals and health & safety regulations: Cwtch Corner, Indoor play spaces including Soft Play, Tiny Town, Role Play Village and the Digger Zone, Outdoor play spaces including Jumping Pillows, Clamber Castle and Adventure Patch play equipment
  • At times, dogs may not be permitted within the large animal section of the farm park. This is for the health and wellbeing of our livestock when they are pregnant or have young livestock.

Assistance dogs must be fit and healthy when visiting the Farm, and not shown any signs of ill health – including diarrhoea and vomiting – in the last 24 hours. They must have been resident in the UK for the last 6 months and have received all annual vaccinations and anthelmintic treatments. Proof of vaccination may be requested.

You may be asked to meet with the Animal Manager on arrival for an on-site briefing to confirm acceptance of our full terms and conditions and any special considerations on the given date of your visit. Your assistance dog may be asked to undergo a brief health check to protect the wellbeing of our animals on-site.

How long can I stay at Pumpkin Fest Nights?

You are free to stay as long as you like up until 9:30pm! Just make sure you stick to your booked arrival time.
