How do I reschedule my booking?
The quickest and simplest way to do this is – to do it yourself online, as you can see all available timeslots and dates.
Firstly, sign in or register for your account at https://bookings.manorafon-farm-park.co.uk/user/login.php
Can’t get into your account? First try the ‘reset your password’ link. If you haven’t registered for an account, please do so using the same email you used to book your tickets – your tickets will then be linked and you will be able to change them.
Once you’re logged in, head to the ‘my bookings’ section of your account to reschedule your booking.
I have made a booking and cannot attend. What should I do?
Simply get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we will do what we can to help. Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations. We cannot guarantee that we can change the date or time of your visit, however we will make all reasonable efforts to do so as long as you contact us more than 48 hours before your scheduled visit.
Is Manorafon Farm wheelchair accessible?
Please note that pathways throughout Manorafon Farm Park are surfaced with loose gravel. While most visitors using mobility aids or pushchairs manage without issue, we understand it may present challenges for some.
Due to planning restrictions, we are unable to surface the pathways with tarmac or concrete. Additionally, please be aware that the dinosaur trails include sloped areas.
What if I am the carer of a disabled person?
Disabled or less able visitors pay the day rate suitable to who they are, but they are entitled to a registered carer to enter with them with a Carers ticket (50% off the full ticket price). You must be accompanying the person you care for to use a Carers ticket.
You will need to provide one of the following on the day of your visit:
1) Carers allowance letter dated within the last 12 months ALONG with photographic ID
2) A valid Care agency photographic ID
3) A valid Access Card for the person you are accompanying depicting the +1 personal support symbol

Are dogs allowed into the farm?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow dogs into the farm park with the exception of assistance dogs. Please do not leave dogs in your car under any circumstances.
Assistance Dogs:
You must pre-book your assistance dog in prior to arrival by emailing farm-park@manorafon.co.uk with evidence of your dog’s training e.g. ADUK ID booklet.
Your dog must be well trained and mitigate your disability.
Dogs and our animals can react and cause stress to each other – so we ask that if you notice any behavioural changes of concern, to move to another area.
Assistance dogs will display the following behaviour:
Assistance dogs must be fit and healthy when visiting the Farm, and not shown any signs of ill health – including diarrhoea and vomiting – in the last 24 hours. They must have been resident in the UK for the last 6 months and have received all annual vaccinations and anthelmintic treatments. Proof of vaccination may be requested.
You may be asked to meet with the Animal Manager on arrival for an on-site briefing to confirm acceptance of our full terms and conditions and any special considerations on the given date of your visit. Your assistance dog may be asked to undergo a brief health check to protect the wellbeing of our animals on-site.
Do you accept card payments onsite?
We are a cashless site. However, our coin operated rides, only accept pound coins.
Is there a free pumpkin included with my ticket?
Tickets to Pumpkin Fest Nights do not include a free pumpkin.
Do I need to arrive early?
No. Your arrival time is the time you booked, and the time stated on your booking confirmation. Please try and arrive as closely as possible to this so that we can control the flow into the car park. You may be asked to come back if you arrive to early – and that’s no fun for anyone!
If you are late, do not worry. You will still be admitted entrance when you arrive. However, we do close at 9:30pm.
Will Pumpkin Fest Nights be open in the rain?
We are equipped for all types of weather. We will send out mass communication to our ticket holders if we do have to close due to adverse weather conditions.
How long can I stay at Pumpkin Fest Nights?
You are free to stay as long as you like up until 9:30pm! Just make sure you stick to your booked arrival time.
How much will the pumpkins cost?
Our pumpkins’ price range from £1 to £6. Each child ticket to Pumpkin Fest DAYS include a free size 1 standard orange pumpkin from the patch. Any additional standard orange pumpkins will be priced according to their size, using our sizing rings. Various other types of pumpkins will be on sale at the pumpkin market and will be priced according to their type.
What dates is Pumpkin Fest Nights open?
We are open on various dates throughout October, starting from the 10th! It’s best to check our available dates on our booking page, as we may add extra due to demand.
